!! ATTENDANCE POLICY!!

All cast members are expected to adhere the following policy regarding attendance and absences: Attendance will be taken at the start of every rehearsal time. Skaters must be ON-TIME, or they will be marked as late. Skaters are expected to attend ALL rehearsals both on and off the ice. Any absences MUST be communicated to the Show Director with ample notice*. If a skater is excessively absent or late for rehearsals the skater WILL BE removed from the affected numbers with no refund from the Skating Club of Vail. Excessive absences and tardiness result in safety concerns for the other cast members in the number and is disrespectful to the SCV Show Director, Coaches, and other Cast Members. Skaters may be asked to make up any missed rehearsals in the form of a private lesson with the coach choregraphing the number. Skaters are financially responsible for rehearsal make-up private lessons.

* Any absences must be communicated 7 days in advance and must be approved by the Show Director. Please DO NOT send your skater to rehearsals if they are actively sick (i.e., excessive coughing, fever, vomiting, etc.).
