SCV Spring/Summer 2025 Freestyle Update

With The Closure of Dobson Ice Arena, and the seasonal closure of Eagle pool & ice Rink, SCV will not be offering any on-ice classes or freestyle options for the spring/summer months of 2025.

We will return to the Eagle Pool & Ice Rink with our Fall Freestyle & class offering in September.

Freestyle Sessions

A Freestyle Session is for figure skating only. They are open to practice Freestyle skills (jumps and spins), Moves in the Field (edge work), Dance and Choreography. These sessions are also available for instructors to give private lessons. Skaters skating these sessions must understand the patterns used on the ice.

The Skating Club of Vail is happy to provide freestyle ice sessions for its members and guests. SCV Members will receive a discounted rate, as well as an option to buy packages for an added discount. Freestyle sessions must be registered at least 24 hours in advance, or you will incur a registration late fee.

*Non-SCV members will need to set-up a “Guest Account” to register for ice.
