Introductory - 1st year
Introductory - 1st year is a one-year, non-renewable membership for skaters who have never been a member of a figure skating club before and have not tested (USFSA basic skills tests excepted). This member may compete but may not - test, apply for SCV’s Scholarships or vote in SCV’s general election. The skater can be any age and does not require a parent to join.
Annual Rate: $70.00
Requirements:
Skates at Dobson Ice Arena
Use the Skating Club of Vail as their home club when registering with U.S. Figure Skating
Members of this class are asked to complete 10 volunteer hours at SVC sponsored events, which can include both the Winter Ice Show and the Vail Invitational. In lieu of a volunteer commitment members are able to opt-out at a $150 fee. Please refer to the Volunteer Policy for more information.
When a skater passes their first USFSA skating test they must pay the $50.00 difference of full membership.
