As we join in celebration of our amazing skaters, we thank you for embracing and continuing to support The Skating Club of Vail and our annual Ice Show - a traditional since 1975 in the Vail Valley.
Without your support, many of our local athletes could not afford to participate in the sport or the beloved Ice Show due to the astronomical and every-increasing costs of ice rental fees and production costs. Through fundraising, the Club is able to underwrite a significant portion of ice rental each season, subsidize over 40% of the cost of the Ice Show, and keep our scholarship funds financially healthy.
The Club believes in the values, the perseverance, and the ethics the sport of figure skating teaches our children, and therefore strives to keep the sport affordable for valley youth. Our skaters and coaches work hard and strive for excellence. Their dedication to the pursuit of excellence never ceases.
